For the third year running Marcita will be visiting regattas in France and England. The dates allow some weeks of cruising in Brittany, and in the South West in Cornwall and Devon. Take a week bareboat, or take a berth, because after this she won't be returning to France for a while. In 2012 the huge plans of the BCYC and the Olympics mean we will go somewhere else. So if you've ever wanted to explore the coast of Britanny, now is the time.
Marcita has been invited to take part in several Classic Yacht Events this year, including the Semaine du Golfe and the BCYC Cowes Week. From May to July, she has a packed programme which you can join by taking a berth or bareboat chartering her on a one way cruise either in France or on the South Coast.
Once she gets underway you can follow the progess on the Marcita on Tour Blog by clicking here. It's a continuation of last year's blog so you can get a taste of what to expect.
It's easy to get to her with many different ferry destinatons and very good train services
throughout Normandy and Brittany. We can advise you the best way to reach her for your week.
Marcita has four berths but apart from Regatta weeks we generally have a crew of three leaving one berth free to stow gear |
